Location and names of some bus stops to change

As of November 1 some bus stops will change names so that Riga residents and guests could easier orientate themselves in the city.

Bus stop "Agricultural machine factory" of buses No. 3 and 13 will change name to "Kliņģeru Street".

Bus stop "Daugavgrīvas Street" on bus route No. 3 in direction of Pļavnieki will change name to "Kalnciema Street".

Bus stop "Paint and varnish factory" on bus route No. 3 will change name to "Dzegužkalns".

On bus routes No. 3, 30 and 54, bus stop "House building enterprise" will change name to "Lidoņu Street", and "Cement and slate factory" will change name to "Spilve airfield".

Bus stop "Dairy plant" of buses No. 12 and 23 (in direction from the city centre) will change name to "Jāņa Čakstes gatve".

Due to the completion of construction works in Daugavgrīvas Street, as of November 1 bus stop "Mārtiņa Street" of buses No. 3 and 13 will be closed in direction of the city centre, but bus stop "Priekules Street" on bus route No. 26 in direction of city centre will be closed as of November 1 due to the completion of construction works of the 3rd stage of the Dienvidu bridge.
